Copyright notices
IPTV Subscription Now responds to notices of claimed copyright infringement. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act for one, you can send us a takedown notice.
Where to send a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright notice”.
What the notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified. We may contact you if the notice is missing required information.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material and where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward valid counter-notices to that person. Access may be restored after 10 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a false claim in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
